H2O College is a group of college students that meet together weekly to explore faith and Christianity. Some of us would classify ourselves as "Unchurched" (meaning never attended any church) or "De-Churched" (turned off by a church) or are Spiritually Curious. Others of us are followers of Jesus. We provide a welcoming environment for students to ask important questions and discuss relevant topics that they wrestle with. We 're a Registered Student Organization at UCF and are on campus hanging out, studying together, drinking coffee or just having fun. We value connecting meaningfully with each other throughout the week on SUNDAY MORNINGS at 10:15am at H2O Church (2113 E South St Orlando 32803) as we hang out, listen to biblical teaching, enjoy worship, talk about faith and learn more about following Christ together. We're passionate about connecting with people and we're interested in how to live out our faith practically to make a difference in our world. OUR TEAM
Jim has led college ministries for 30 years with his wife Allison. They have 4 boys and a girl and are passionate about helping college students follow Jesus. 3 of their 4 boys play college football. Meaghan is a UCF with a degree in Creative Writing. She is adventurous, fun-loving, and has a passion for listening & helping others learn about Jesus. Meaghan works at the Crayola Experience in Orlando. Email Meaghan with the link below
David is a former Marine who loves to play volleyball & game. He leads one of our small groups and is always serving others. David also is into rock climbing and he has a craazzzzy story about how he found God! Ask him about it!
We are very fortunate to have Troy serving as our Faculty Advisor for H2O College. Troy has a wealth of hands-on experience with college students as he is the UCF First Year Advising & Exploration Coordinator so he is consistently engaged in helping students find their passion and go after it. Troy and his wife just had their first child and both of them have college ministry experience too!
